​EBITDA Margin: 15% - 25%

Enterprise Value: $10M – $50M

​Free Cash Flow Conversion: 70% - 85%

Business Characteristics

  • Privately held, owner-operated companies

  • Recurring or highly re-occurring revenue

  • Opportunity for margin & cash flow expansion​

  • Low customer and supplier concentration​

 

Geographic Focus

  • Nationwide search across the United States

  • Emphasis on Florida and the East Coast

  • Principal will move to location upon acquisition
